| 摘 要： | 民族自决权是当今世界普遍承认的基本人权 ,但是国际社会上对民族自决权的认识存在严重的分歧。从民族自决权的由来和确立、当今国际社会有关民族自决权的分歧以及我国对民族自决权的基本立场三个方面 ,结合历史和现实系统阐述了民族自决权的若干重要问题 ,从而力求澄清对民族自决权的一些模糊认识。
