| 摘 要： | 英语新词是指为适应社会发展的需要而产生的新词语,以及原有词语在新的文化环境下增添新义后形成的词语。随着英语新词的不断增加,新词汉译问题日益凸现。文章针对翻译过程中存在的新词误译现象,从英语新词的构成特点、翻译理据和语用功能方面探讨英语新词的规范汉译方法,从而更好地促进两种语言文化的交流。

| Abstract: | English neologisms refer to recently coined words for social development and recently extended meanings of existing words in new cultural environment.With the enlargement of English neologisms,their translations become more challenging.Therefore,based on the misinterpretations of English neologisms,this article explores the correct translating methods from the perspectives of the formative features,translating motivation and pragmatic function so as to conduce to intercultural communication. |
