| 摘 要： | 本文在调研基础上考察了武汉中百的业态转型过程。从案例分析中可以看出:坚持一业为主,实现零售业态的成功转型、对公司当前战略所需资源的清醒认识、围绕主业,培育核心竞争优势是武汉中百成功实现业态转型的重要原因。
