| 摘 要： | 绿色是城市的生命之色,循环经济是统筹经济、社会环境协调发展的全新发展模式。建设绿色邯郸应当以人为本,营建绿色环境,发展绿色产业,发展循环经济,构架"资源———产品———再生资源"的"圆圈形"产业链,实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Green is the color of life for a city.Circulation economy is a Brand-new model on developing economy and social environment in harmony.Building green Handan should be based on the people,build the green environment, develop the green industry,form the circle industry chain of resources-products-regenerated resources and eventually realizes sustainable development. |
