| 摘 要： | 商业银行设立基金管理公司试点工作已进入实质性操作阶段,这是我国金融改革进程中具有里程碑意义的事件。从金融功能观的角度解读商业银行介入基金管理业务对商业银行自身的意义,并就商业银行设立基金管理公司的可行性进行分析。商业银行基金管理公司正是应对银行业自身及基金业发展的挑战。

| Abstract: | The pilot work of building fund management company in commercial banks has entered a substantial implementation period,which is a landmark in the course of finance reform in China.This article explains significance of the interposing of commercial bank into fund management from the perspective of finance function and analyzes its feasibility.The fund management in commercial banks will meet the challenge of the banking and fund industry. |
