摘    要:食品工业应成为徐州的支柱产业 ,进军国内外市场 ;最重要的是 ,徐州食品生产者应明确并执行关于国内绿色食品和国际有机食品规定的不同等级标准。本文分析了世界有机食品市场的巨大潜力、徐州生产和出口有机食品的潜在优势及机遇 ,提出了徐州市政府促进本地有机食品生产和出口的一系列措施。

Abstract:If the food industry in Xuzhou is to become one of the Prop industries and to march into the domestic market and the foreign market, the most important thing for Xuzhou food manufacturers is to know clearly the different grading norms and standards for the domestic green foods and for international organic foods. This article analyses the great potentialities in world market for organic foods, latent superiority and opportunity to produce and to export the organic foods in Xuzhou. It also sets forth a series of measures as to how to promote the local organic food production and exportation by the municipal government of Xuzhou.
