| 摘 要： | 信息技术是20世纪70年代在世界新技术革命中诞生的新兴综合技术。应用信息技术于基础教育管理,是推进我国教育管理现代化并取得最佳的办学效益的重要举措。必须正确认识信息技术与基础教育管理的关系,充分认识信息技术在基础教育管理中应用的作用和意义。

| Abstract: | The information technology is a comprehensive new technology which was born during the worldwide new technology revolution in the 1970s. The application of the information technology in the elementary education management is an important method to promote the modernization of education management in China. The relationship between the two aspects must be understood correctly, and its significance must be fully comprehended. |
