| Abstract: | Science and technology, like a double-edged sword, facilitates the development of the human so- ciety while at the same time generates a lot of unexpected negative effects. With the application of game theory, the root cause of double-edged sword effect of science and technology is analyzed to explore effec- tive countermeasures and solve the negative effects of sci-tech double-edge sword. |
