| 摘 要： | 城市新兴商业中心由于城市规划时缺少相应的产业规划内容以及发展过程缺乏行业规划的引导、明确的政策导向和控制管理手段，其交通、环境以及网点的发展问题正日益显现。应用SWOT系统分析厦门市新兴商业中心区富山商圈，尝试找出对其自身发展有利的优势和机遇，以及潜在的障碍、威胁和风险等，为新兴商业中心富山商圈的定位及发展战略的制定提供参考。

| Abstract: | The problem of traffic,environment and network of the emerging commercial centers in cities is becoming increasingly serious,because of the lack of industry planning in the course of urban planning and the lack of definite policy direction,control and management means in their development.The paper,by using SWOT system,analyzes Fushan Commercial Area newly emerging in Xiamen City,attempting to find out its advantages and challenges so as to give a reference for its orientation and developmental strategies. |
