| 摘 要： | 作为项目融资的后起之秀,BOT被国际金融界称为极具潜力的项目融资模式。BOT融资项目是一个比较复杂的过程,由于项目完成周期长,外部经济环境和内部操作中的意外变动都会给项目融资带来巨大的风险,因此对其进行风险分析,建立风险防范体系具有重要的意义。
