大学生心理疾患产生原因及心理保健对策

从个体的自身因素和外界因素两个方面探讨了大学生心理疾患产生的原因 ,提出了“脆弱个体”与“成熟个体”观 ,绘制了“生活事件对‘脆弱个体’和‘成熟个体’的作用图”,并在此基础上建立了初步的理论模型。最后 ,提出了高校大学生心理保健的对策 :形成高校内部全员参与机制 ,建立以学生为主体的自助、互助机制 ,实行学校、家庭共同作用的机制。

On Student' Morbid State of Mind and Ways of Psychological Health

This article discusses the causes of the morbid state of mind of students from the two views:the individual factor and the exterior factor.Then,it presents the theory of "weak individual"and "mature individual"and draws graph about the mutual relation between living events and different individuals.Next,according to the theory introduced in the article,a preliminary theoretical modeling is designed. At last,three kinds of systems of psychological health in national universities are presented as follows:all the staff of the university should be involved in,self help and helping each other among students,universities,as well as families,are involved in.
