摘    要:现阶段我国食品安全问题比较严重,已经严重影响到了人民群众的健康和生命安全乃至我国经济的发展。通过概述食品安全的内涵及食品安全问题的严重性,对其产生和存在的原因从法律技术经济和思想等主要方面作了分析,并在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。
