| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制改革的深化和对外开放的扩大，我国中小企业所面临的竞争环境越来越复杂，迫切需要作出相应的管理创新。作者通过对现代物流与中小企业竞争力之间关系的分析，提出第三方物流是中小企业物流管理的可取模式，并针对中小企业如何采用第三方物流提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the reform of economic system deepening and the opening setup enlarging , the competitive environment that the medium and small businesses of our country are faced with is more and more complex, which needs corresponding management innovation. The author believes the third-party logistics is the desirable pattern of management for increasing competitive ability of the medium and small businesses, and the author also pointed out corresponding countermeasures for adopting the TPL. |
