虚拟动态管理方法在公路工程施工中的应用研究

以石家庄石环辅道工程施工管理为例，尝试运用集成的工程施工虚拟动态管理技术对公路工程施工全过程进行计算机三维立体可视化动态优化管理。施工前，根据施工工序的特点和大量的数据资料，运用虚拟技术、网络计划技术、CS理论等建立公路工程施工虚拟静态管理系统；施工过程中，运用已获价值理论(EVM)、PDCA循环重点控制工程施工中的关键显著性项目，建立工程施工虚拟动态优化管理系统；应用计算机虚拟动态管理软件实现对施工过程的实时控制，使管理者全面掌握施工信息，大大提升公路工程施工管理的效率。

The Application Research on Virtual Dynamic Management Method in Highway Construction

This thesis takes the construction management of Shihuan auxiliary road for example, attempting to integrate virtual dynamic management method into highway construction to manage the whole construction process of Shihuan auxiliary road, which can be demonstrated virtually by three dimensional software. Before construction, a virtual static management system is developed by applying virtual techniques, network planning technique and theories such as Cost significant (CS) based on the characteristics of construction procedures and large number of data. During construction, the virtual dynamic management system is constructed using the EVM and PDCA cycle to control key projects of the construction. Through the virtual dynamic management software, real time control of the construction process can be achieved and the project manager can be comprehensively informed of the construction process hence to enhance greatly the management efficiency of highway construction.
