物联网技术在液压系统故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:液压传动靠液压油传递运动和动力,液压油的流动状态无法直接观察,造成了液压系统故障难以诊断,严重影响生产效率.物联网技术在各行业中的广泛应用,特别是物联网同机械工业的结合,为机械设备监控和监测引入了新的理念和方法.利用物联网中的无线传感技术对液压设备进行参数的实时采集和分析,可以在早期进行故障预警以及进行故障分析诊断,可以降低设备的维修、维护等费用,提高设备可靠性和延长设备使用寿命.本文针对四柱式液压机系统中的故障诊断问题,给出了基于无线传感技术的液压机故障诊断系统方案,验证其诊断故障的快速性,并将无线传感技术应用于液压系统故障诊断,为液压设备远程监控与故障分析提供方便.

Abstract:Hydraulic transmission transfers the movement and power by hydraulic oil, but the flow of hydraulic oil can not be directly observed, resulting in the fact that the fault of the hydraulic system is difficult to diagnose, which seriously affect the production efficiency. The wide application of the internet of things technology in various industries, especially the combination of the internet of things and machinery industry, has introduced new ideas and methods for the monitoring of machinery and equipment. The real-time collection and analysis of hydraulic equipment parameters by using wireless sensor technology of the internet of things can reduce the maintenance cost of the equipment and reduce the outage rate, improve the utilization rate of equipment and prolong the service life. Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis in the four column hydraulic machine system, the machine hydraulic system fault diagnosis scheme is given based on the wireless sensor technology to verify high speed of the fault diagnosis. The wireless sensor technology is applied to the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system, which provides the convenience for the remote monitoring and fault analysis of hydraulic equipment.
