| 摘 要： | 全面从严治党是当前党建工作重中之重，是创新高校党支部书记队伍建设工作创新的重要遵循。当前中国高校创新党支部书记队伍建设工作是全面从严治党向基层延伸的必然要求，应结合高校党建自身特点，从当前高校党支部书记队伍建设工作创新的难点入手，提出对策建议:着力解决认识问题，纯洁思想因子；依托自媒体平台，创新工作方法；突出重点环节，完善制度保障。

| Abstract: | Comprehensively strengthen Party is very important for Party construction work, is the guidance to the innovation of college Party branch secretary team construction. In contemporary China, the construction of Party branch secretary work not only to implement the comprehensive governing Party strategic deployment, solve the outstanding problems in the construction of Party branch secretary, and combined with the characteristics of Party construction in colleges and universities from three aspects: the ideological understanding, working method and system guarantee, further promote comprehensive governing Party to the grassroots level. |
