| 摘 要： | 从高校层面入手,紧密联系女大学生的性别特性,在女大学生就业力及其培养现状的调研分析基础上,探讨就业力内涵、女大学生就业力特点及高校培养路径,提出坚持以人为本、关注性别特点,深化教学改革、创新培养机制,坚持协同育人、汇聚培养合力的女大学生就业力培养思路。

| Abstract: | This essay firstly researches on the connotation of employ-ability, the characteristics of female students''employ-ability and ways to cultivate them in universities, on the basis of investigations and analysis of femalestudents'' present employ-ability. Then we suggest ways to cultivate them: to stick to human-based principle andstress on the ''Gender'', to deepen educational reform and innovate mechanism of cultivation, and to stick to cultivateby cooperating with different departments in universities. |
