| 摘 要： | 知识管理正在成为企业最核心的管理内容,知识管理战略的重要性日渐为企业所认可。本文应用SWOT法对企业制定知识管理战略的方法进行了研究,并就企业实施知识管理战略时应注意的一些关键问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is becoming one of the core management contents in enterprises,and the importance of knowledge management strategy is being gradually understood by enterprises. This paper applies SWOT method to the research for the method of establishing knowledge management strategy, and explores some key issues in the implementation of knowledge management strategy. |
