| 摘 要： | 今见张家山汉简《二年律令·秩律》中 ,最高一秩是二千石。有学者认为 ,《秩律》缺中二千石诸简。作者经过考辨则认为 ,汉初原无中二千石一秩 ,故《秩律》这部分并不存在缺简。

| Abstract: | The highest level of the official rank is the "Erqianshi" in the Salary Law seen in the bamboo slips found at Zhangjiashan. There is no "Zhongerqianshi" level. In an opinion, there may be some missing bamboo slips at which the "Zhongerqianshi" level is recorded. The article considers that there is no "Zhongerqianshi" level during the early days of Han Dynasty, and no missing bamboo slips in the Salary Law. |
