供热系统中循环水泵变频调速的应用研究

摘    要:循环水泵作为供热系统的重要运行设备,其优化运行对整个供热系统的经济运行有着重要意义。本文针对循环水泵运行效率低以及存在的相关控制问题,提出将变频调速技术应用于供热循环水泵,用调速泵代替定速泵。对循环水泵设置变频调速在供热管网中的节能效果进行了分析研究。

The Application of Water Circulating Frequency Control in Heating System

Abstract:Being the important operational equipment, the optimal operation of circulation water pump has important significance for economy operation of the whole heating system. As for the low efficiency of the circulating water pump as well as the existence of the related control problem, variable frequency governing technique is proposed to apply in the heating circulation water pump and constant speed pump is replaced by variable speed pump in this paper. Then, an analysis is made on the energy saving principles and efficiency of water pumps setting speed regulation through frequency variation in heating system.
