| 摘 要： | 国际化运营是当前世界电信运营发展的方向之一。在总结国内外电信企业国际化运营实践经验的基础上,提出了一个电信运营企业国际化运营的战略实施体系,用于支持电信运营企业的国际化运营。该体系分为五个步骤,分别为时机判断,目标地域选择,目标运营商选择,运作策略制定及运营方式选择,以期能为系统地研究中国电信运营企业国际化运营战略有所参考。

| Abstract: | Internationalization operation is one of the development directions of world telecom operation at present. Based on the experience of telecom corporations' internationalization operation practice at home and abroad, this article proposes a strategic implement system of international operation of telecom corporations for supporting internationalization operation of telecom corporations. This system contains five steps; they are chance judgment, selection of target region, selection of target operation merchant and making operation strategies which is also the selection of operation method. The author hopes that this paper could provide a reference to systematically research on the internationalization operation strategies of telecom corporations in China. |
