西部农村老年妇女养老模式的选择

养老模式是老年群体对经济供养、生活照料和精神慰藉多方面需求的综合反映。在乡村振兴战略背景下，我国的农村养老模式正在经历变革。在西部农村老年妇女养老模式中，家庭养老是基础。近年来，受农村劳动力的转移和孝文化逐渐缺失的影响，家庭养老模式的根基正在发生动摇。当前，社区居家养老符合西部农村老年妇女的养老意愿，越来越为西部农村老年妇女所接受。社区居家养老主要有社区分散居家养老、社区集中居家养老两种方式。机构养老的服务人员具有较强的专业知识，比较适合西部农村老年妇女中的特殊人群。

Pension Mode Choice of Elderly Women in Western Rural Areas in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Pension mode is the comprehensive reflection of elderly women’ s needs for economic， emotional and care support. Pension modes in rural China is changing in the context of rural revitalization strategy. In the western rural areas， family pension has been the major pension mode for elderly women， but due to the transfer of rural labor and the fading of filial piety culture， the foundation of the family pension mode is under challenge. Elderly women in western rural areas tend to accept communitybased elderly care which mainly operates in two ways: community-based elderly home care， and elderly care in community utilities. The elderly care mode in community utilities is more suitable for the elderly women in western rural areas because of the professional service personnel.
