| 摘 要： | 翻译是有文本参照的一种跨语言、跨文化的交际活动，是始终贯穿着人类思维的一种认知与推理过程，其目的是在不断追求意义的趋同。翻译的本质为译文质量评价提供了语言、实体、思维等参数。准确界定影响译文质量的参数至关重要，这会给译文质量评估提供科学、理性的理据，以及客观、准确的评价参数，为译文质量评估模式的重新构建打好坚实的基础。 |

| Abstract: | Translation is a kind of cross-cultural and inter-lingual communication, which constantly contains the thought of mankind in cognitive and referential process. Its purpose is to pursue the meaning compatibility. To accurately judge and sort out the references in Translation Quality Assessment （TQA） is crucially of importance. The nature of translation provides such references as language, real world and thought for TQA. It will offer TQA underpinnings scientifically and theoretically, and give it the objective and accurate assessment so as to lay a solid foundation for TQA. |
