非英语专业学生英语学习动机分析与教学对策研究

学习动机,尤其是融合型动机内在动机在英语教学中占有重要地位,可是多数大学生还没有意识到英语的重要性,缺乏英语学习兴趣动机,势必影响到英语教学。因此,根据学习动机理论,英语教师要调整教学对策,从培养学生对英语的爱好出发,不断激发学生的英语学习兴趣,帮助学生培养良好的学习动机,促进大学英语教学顺利进行。英语教师的任务就是培养激发学生的学习动机,帮助学生意识到学习英语的重要性和必要性,换起学生的英语学习兴趣,降低学生的英语学习焦虑感;英语教师的任务就是针对学生在英语学习中出现的种种问题探讨研究对换应性的教学策略。

The Study on Non-English Majors' Leaning Motivation and Teaching Countermeasures

Based on the discussion of cognitive theory of motivation,the paper is to probe into the causes of lacking of motivation and the importance of motivation in English leaning for non-English majors.And what is more,it puts forward the teaching countermeasures on how to stimulate and maintain students' motivation to learn English,such as arouse students' awareness of the value of English,adopt student-centered teaching and task-based teaching,take proper attitude toward students' mistakes in communication,etc....
