| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会是我国的一项伟大历史目标,政府在其中担当着核心主体的角色.我国在改革开放过程中建立起来的引导型政府职能模式,是引导社会走向和谐的保证.引导型政府职能模式是一种不同于自由放任型和干预型政府职能模式的政府职能模式,它建立在马克思主义总体性哲学理念下,根源于中国实际,并反映了历史发展的新趋势,是惟一能够担负起引导社会走向和谐的政府职能模式.

| Abstract: | It is a great aim of our country to construct a socialist harmonious society,and the government plays the core role in it.The directing-type government's mode constructed in the course of reform and open is the guarantee to lead the society in the harmony.Such mode is different from the laissez-faire one or the interfere one.It is constructed under integral Marxist philosophic idea and the root of Chinese fact,which reflects the new historic developing trend and the only one that bears the duty to direct the society in the course of construction of harmonious government's function mode. |
