| 摘 要： | 只注重工业和服务业而牺牲农业的发展是畸形的发展,农业可以成为地方经济发展的新增长点之一.浙江宁波通过推进高效现代农业建设、强化粮食生产功能区建设、做强做大农业龙头企业、着力扩大农业循环经济等方法不断推进农村生态产业发展,取得了巨大成绩,但还需要化解制约因素,做到四个结合:即把农业生态产业发展与资源禀赋相结合,把农业生态产业发展与食品安全相结合,把农业生态产业的发展与农业科技相结合,把农业生态产业与加大投入相结合.

| Abstract: | Developing industry and the service industry at the expense of agriculture would result in a deformed development in that agriculture can become a new growth point for local economy.The city of Ningbo in Zhejiang Province has achieved huge success by promoting rural eco-industry through improving modern agriculture construction,strengthening the function of grain production area,expanding major agricultural enterprises,and enhancing circular agricultural economy.However,the government is to resolve some restricting factors by combining the agricultural eco-industry development with resource and food safety respectively,agricultural science with technology,and ecological industry with increased investment. |
