企业组织创新是技术创新的实现条件

In order to meet the new needs of technological innovation the stracture form should be transformed from former rigid forms to flexible forms. In the new system, enterpreneurs become most important, and the participation of staff also is neccessary. Therefore, a series of valid systems should be set up to ensure the technological innovation.
