| 摘 要： | 俞德渊(1778—1835),清宁夏府平罗县人。清代有名的循吏,嘉庆、道光年间经世致用派中的一员。由翰林外放江苏,为官实政在民,被陶澍、林则徐所倚重,在东南三大政河工、漕运、盐政等方面颇有建树,尤以协助陶澍整顿两淮盐政为其仕途顶峰。关于其生平,前人很少有专文论及,本文结合史料,对于他的科举、政绩作详细的考证。

| Abstract: | As a famous honest official, Yu Deyuan was sent by Imperial Academy to be a local official in Jiangsu province. Highly regarded by Tao Shu and Lin Zexu, he assisted them rectified the salt revenue and made many contributions in southeastern areas. But only a little papers has researched his life stories ,this article will combine the present materials and study his imperial examinations and political achieves. |
