摘    要:国资委首次向全球招聘中央国企高管人员,采用向市场公开选聘的办法,打破了长期以来采用的任用制,影响及意义重大。尽管此次招聘尚有不少局限性.却是一个关键性的良好开端。向市场公开招聘绝不是一个孤立的行为,它涉及到国企改革的许多方面,涉及到人事制度改革的诸多层面。它的成功运作将为后续改革提供一定的经验和模式。

Abstract:The State Property Committee for the first time invited global applications for senior administrators of the central state enterprises, a breakthrough of the committee's ever-adopted personnel placement. Although there are still some limitations, it assumes itself a good beginning of great significance and a tremendous influence. Pubic recruiting, concerning various aspects of the state enterprise and the personnel system reform in our country, is by no means an isolated practice. Its successful operation will definitely provide certain experience for further reform.
