生态与发展的人学思考

生态问题与经济社会发展密切相关。生态问题不仅是技术问题，也是社会问题和人的问题。当代生态环境的恶化、生态危机的出现，有着深刻的社会原因和背景。就现阶段中国的情况而言，在生态保护与经济社会发展的关系上，应坚持经济社会发展优先、兼顾生态环境保护的原则，以经济社会发展带动生态环境保护，以生态环境保护促进经济社会发展。当代生态危机的解决，需要把生态问题和经济社会发展提升到人生存的高度来认识，需要以经济与社会的协调发展、人的自由全面发展为基础，以人类中心主义为价值观支撑，使自然环境真正成为“人的无机身体”。

The Homonological Reconception of Ecology and Development

The ecological problem，closely related to the problem of economic and social development, is not only a technical problem but also a problem of the society and human being. As to the deterioration in ecological environment and the emergence of ecological crisis, there are profound social reasons and backgrounds. Under current circumstances in China, the following principles should be followed in dealing with the relationship between ecological protection and economic and social development: putting economic and social development first while paying special attention to the ecological environment protection, spurring ecological environment protection by economic and social development and accelerating economic and social development by ecological environment protection. To tackle the present ecological crisis, we need to promote the ecological problem and the problem of economic and social development to the level of survival of the human being, lay the foundation on the harmonious development of economy and society, and on man’s liberal comprehensive development as well, and hold the viewpoint of anthropocentrism as the supporting pole in trying to turn the natural environment into “man’s inorganic body”.
