| Abstract: | The land is the peasant's most important means of production,the source of peasant's living guarantee,and is the foundation of the rural social stability.In this paper,the current situation of our province taking over the land for use with the law and the questions in the system of expropriation of land has been analysed,and the suggestion has been put forward ensuring the rights and interests of the peasant whose lands were been taken over for use. |
