农民收入增长影响因素的因子分析及其对策探讨——以河北省为例

通过因子分析不难看出,由于种植业的发展对农民收入的增加并无积极的影响作用,因而在农业结构调整方面,提高林牧渔业所占的比重和促进林牧渔业的发展,不仅能有效增加农民收入,而且还能无形中促进和实现部分种植业中过剩劳动力的转移。此外,实践中有必要减少粮食作物的种植来促进农村家庭经营二、三产业。依据相关因子分析结果,在促进和实现农民收入增长方面,首先要加大农业产业结构的调整力度,切实实现农业产业结构的转化与升级;其次要加快城市化进程,积极推动农村过剩劳动力的转移。

Element Analysis of Influencing Factors on Farmers'''' Income Increasing and Countermeasures——A Case Study of Hebei Province

Through element analysis,it is not hard to note that the development of planting industry plays little positive role in increasing farmers' income.Therefore,adjusting agricultural structure by increasing the proportion and promoting the development of farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery can not only efficiently help increase farmers' income,but also help transfer the surplus labor force in planting industry.In addition,it is also necessary in practice to reduce the planting of grain crops so as to encourage farming households to become engaged in the second or the third industry.According to the result of element analysis,two countermeasures are critical to increase farmers' income,namely,to achieve the transfer and upgrading of agricultural structure by putting more emphasis on adjusting agricultural structure and to encourage the transfer of surplus labor force in the countryside by accelerating urbanization.
