"文化研究"与中国现当代文学研究的新视野

"文化研究"在当代中国成为主要的话语资源之一,与文学地位的日益边缘化、西方主题的中国语境化、文学批评的自我封闭以及知识分子批判精神的回归有关。"文化研究"之于中国现当代文学的研究,至少有三个方面的意义,它突破了中国现当代文学研究的学科意识,为研究者提供了更多的主动权;它开拓了现当代文学研究的惯性视域,强化了文学研究的开放性和伸展性;它淡化了现当代文学研究中的经典观念,把非经典、非精英文化提到了相当的高度。当然,"文化研究"也还存在着如何转化、如何批判和如何深入的问题。

"Cultural Studies" and the New Horizon in Modern Chinese Literature Studies

That cultural studies have become a major discursive resources in contemporary China, is closely related to the increasingly marginalizaton of literature, to the Chinese contextualization of Western themes, to the self-alienation of literary criticism, and to the revival of critical spirit among Chinese intellectuals as well. The profound significance of cultural studies on modern and contemporary Chinese literature research is reflected in the following aspects, namely, its breakthrough of the consciousness of contemporary Chinese literature research as a single discipline, its expanded realm and its obscured concept of canon. Of course much attention needs be attached to some other existing problems with cultural studies, too.
