辅导员培训的实践社区构建研究

辅导员培训工作对高校学生工作具有重要的意义。文章将知识管理工具之一的实践社区方法引入辅导员的培训体系,并从能力构建、学习体系构建和组织构建三个方面出发,构建了一套包含明确知识需求、寻求适合社区、发展社区、进行跨区域联系、培养归属感和与本单位工作融合等六个步骤的辅导员培训体系,这个体系将有效提高辅导员培训的效果。

The Study of the University Counselor Training System Construction Based on Communities of Practice

The university counselor training is important to university student work. This paper applies communities of practice, one tool of knowledge management, to the university counselor training system. Furthermore, based on the three aspects of capbility construction, leaning system construction and organization construction, a university counselor training system including six steps is constructed： knowledge need determination, community seeking, community development. connection across boundaries, ownership fostering and student work integration, which is to improve the effectiveness of the university counselor training.
