The privately offered fund market is one of the important components of the capital market and has a big influence to the economic development of our country.But as the history of the private fund in our country is not long,its system is still not perfect and supervision cannot reach the designated position.There are some defects existing in the capital operation and legal status.This article gives out reasonable proposals on the basis of analysing the problems of the information disclosure,supervisory system,market withdraws mechanism in the development of privately offered fund.
