| 摘 要： | 突发事件越来越频繁地发生,对应急物资保障提出了更高的要求,好的资源布局方案对地区需求的保障程度至关重要。本文利用场景分析的方法,给出一个适于多点需求,多点救助的应急资源布局多目标规划模型,并根据资源的具体配置情况决定选址,以期为选址决策者提供选址的依据。求解该问题时,针对模型设计了算法,并进行了算例分析。

| Abstract: | With the high rate of recurrence of emergency disaster,more and more research are based on emergency relief,included resource location and allocation.We propose a multi-objective model based on scenario analysis, which are about multi-suplier and multi-demand.At the same time the location of warehouses are decided by allocation of resource.When we solve the model,we give the proof of the pareto solution and do some numerical experimentations. |
