论学科建设与民族大学的特色化发展

学科建设是实现民族大学特色化发展的关键。这一关键的实施要以“四个平台”的构建为支撑。即构建一流“品牌”专业平台 ,促进学科结构优化 ;构建重点学科平台 ,抢占学科发展制高点 ;构建学科交叉与融合的平台 ,实现特色化模式组合 ;构建促进学生个性发展的学科平台 ,显现学科发展优化效应。从可操作的角度来说 ,就是要准确定位、瞄准市场、提高层次、发挥特色、强化效益。具体来讲 ,就是一方面要大力提高民族大学的人才培养质量 ;另一方面要通过提高办学层次来优化学生结构 ;在教学管理上 ,力争实现从一个模式训练学生向多个模式适应学生的转变。

On Disciplines Construction and Characteristics Development of Nationality Universities

Disciplines construction is a key to the characteristics development of nationality universities and is based on the construction of "four platforms--- platform of first-class "brand" majors to better disciplines construction, platform of key disciplines to occupy the peak of disciplines development, platform of disciplines intersection and fusion to realize the mode combination of characteristics, platform of students' personality development to demonstrate positive effects of disciplines development. To carry them out, attention should be paid to the following: precise location, aiming at the market, improving the level, making most of characteristics and strengthening efficiency; that is, improving the quality of talents training, better students structure by improving schooling standard, in teaching management trying to realize training mode transformation from the simplistic one to multi-mode one.
