| 摘 要： | 在当今社会,企业不再只是被动地适应环境,而是积极地通过事项整合影响或改变环境以求获得更有利的地位.事项整合是组织对非市场事项进行前摄性反应的一种有效方法,探讨在非市场力量起重要作用的转型环境下事项整合、经营合法性与组织绩效三者之间的关联性问题.研究结果表明,事项整合与组织绩效之间存在正向相关性,经营组织在主动影响制度环境进而实现组织绩效的过程中还应关注企业的经营合法性问题.
