| Abstract: | Technical protection construction in countryside of Henan province is advanced.The successful experiences can be summarized as the follow:attention from leaders,clear target,wide publicity,atmosphere building,point-to-area pattern,attention to local conditions,multi-channel financing,emphasis on new product development and promotion.All these provide important references for fulfilling further popularization of rural technical protection. |
