| 摘 要： | 解决好新生代农民工问题是一个关系到推进城乡二元体制改革,遏制城乡差距扩大,改善民生,促进社会和谐稳定的关键性问题。通过采用文献法、问卷调查法和实证研究法,对秦皇岛市新生代农民工的群体特征、融入城镇的各种障碍进行了分析,提出了解决问题的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Solving the issue on the new-generation farmer workers is the key to promote the reform of urban-rural dual structure,to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas,to improve people＇s livelihood,and to improve social harmony and stability.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and empirical research,the population characteristics of the new-generation farmer workers and the barriers for them to be integrated into Qinhuangdao city were analyzed,the countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward to solve the problems. |
