试论各种所有制的合理结构

合理的所有制结构是现实中遇到的需要从理论上说明的问题.笔者对所有制结构的主要观点进行了述评,并根据生产力标准提出了按社会化程度对企业划分层次,通过比较同一层次企业的经济效益找到这一层次企业适合的所有制,进而找到各个层次企业适合的所有制,建立起适合生产力发展的合理的所有制结构.所有制结构的关键是国有经济的比例,要全面公正地看待国有经济.

Discussion on the Proper Structure for Various Systems of Ownership

Proper system of ownership is the familiar issue, which needs theoretical explanation. This paper deals with some major viewpoints on systems of ownership and categorizes different enterprises according to the standard of productivity and socialization. By comparing the economic benefits of the enterprises at the same level, the author tries to find and establish the proper system of ownership fitting the development of productivity for each enterprise. The key to the system of ownership is the proportion of state ownership, which should be treated in an all-round way.
