| Abstract: | This paper introduces how Nanhai Chronicles was written and published in Dade years of the Yuan dynasty and how it became incomplete later, and gives a brief account of the plentiful historical records of Guangzhou area in the Song and Yuan dynasties kept in the book, which are of great referential value. |
