| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快和高新技术及其产业的迅猛发展,加快建立企业技术创新机制,提高企业技术创新能力已成“十一五”期间,我省经济发展的重要问题。从企业技术创新的制度平台和市场平台角度出发研究分析,意在探讨提高企业技术创新能力的对策。

| Abstract: | As the continuous acceleration of the process of economic globalization and the rapid development of high tech and related enterprises,it has become a main issue of economic development of our province to speed up the establishment of a technological innovation system and enhance the ability of technological innovation of enterprises during the period of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.This article presents strategies of enhancing the ability by researching and analyzing the systematic foundation and marketing platform for technological innovation. |
