增加精神文明建设投入是构建和谐社会的内在要求

增加精神文明建设的投入既是物质文明和精神文明协调发展的客观需要,又是社会主义本质的内在要求。但是,由于认识上的误区,造成我国在精神文明建设方面投入不足,表现为教育投入整体水平较低,在国民生产总值逐年大幅增长的情况下,教育投入以及全社会用于精神文明生活方面的消费与物质生活方面消费的比例逐年下降。因此,应该按照布局合理、结构优化、重点突出的原则,在教育和文化建设上加大物质投入的力度,从而实现物质文明和精神文明协调发展并最终实现社会的和谐发展。

Increasing Investment in Civilization Construction Is the Inherent Requirement of Harmonious Society Construction

The increasing of investment in civilization construction is the objective need for coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization,as well as the inherent requirement of the essence of socialism.However,misunderstanding about this led to the deficiency of the investment in civilization construction in our country,which resulted in a lower average level of educational investment.In spite of the large increasing of GNP year after year, the ratio of educational investment and the consumption spent in spiritual and material life in the whole society has been declining correspondingly.Consequently,in accordance with the principle of layout to be appropriate,structure to be optimized and focus to be remarkable,we should enlarge the material investment in educational and cultural construction so as to achieve the coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization and ultimately the harmonious development of society.
