| 摘 要： | 隐性采访在法律和伦理层面上都有其必守的禁区,新闻记者不能越过法律和伦理的禁区,否则将出现失度表现。归纳了人们对隐性采访所持的质疑和争论,对使用隐性采访的必要性与所引发的法律纠纷加以阐述,并对怎样正确处理和运用隐性采访,把握其“度”的问题做出了分析。 |
