| 摘 要： | 当前,中国农村社区自组织存在着发育不足与社会工作功能缺失的问题。在新的发展时期,农村社区自组织在社会工作专业化中的功能应合理定位在:专业社会服务的有效提供者、社会弱势群体的可靠支持者、复杂社区资源的协调整合者、专业服务机构的开发创建者、社会政策优化的积极影响者。在科学发展观统领下,提升农村社区自组织功能的基本途径是:合理设置专业服务机构,积极开拓社会工作岗位;大力培养专业服务人才,发展农村社区工作队伍;拓展农村服务投资渠道,优化社会工作基础设施;理顺农村基层复杂关系,形成专业服务治理格局;建构社区服务长效机制,实现农村工作持续创新。
