专科层次学前教育专业培养模式与课程设置研究

摘    要:专科层次学前教师以其专业定向明确、专业技能扎实等特点和优势,成为目前我国学前教育的主力军。要培养具有爱心、责任、智慧的专科层次学前教师,就要从着力优化培养模式,科学设置课程,提高生源质量,打造双师型师资队伍等方面入手,构建学前教育专业内涵发展的新思路。

Abstract:At present,preschool teachers at junior college level have become the major practitioners of our preschool education for their clear major orientation and solid major skills.To train junior college preschool teachers with love,responsibility,and wisdom,we should try to construct new concept of preschool education connotative development by optimizing training mode,designing curriculum scientifically,enhancing student quality,and establishing double-quality faculty.
