| 摘 要： | 《文子》中资料庞杂,对战国秦汉之际的黄老思想都有反映。研究《文子》中的“法”理论,不可将全书视作整体一概而论,而要以句为单位重新梳理。《文子》的“法”理论并不统一,其观点可分为四类,集中体现了战国以后黄老学说中的诸种矛盾。

| Abstract: | As a representative work of Huanglao's ideology,Wenzi has a vivid display of Huanglao thoughts at the time of Qin and Han Dynasties.The study of Fa theory in the work should be done sentence by sentence rather than as a whole.The theory of Fa in the work can be classified into four categories which embody the various conflicting ideas in the Huanglao thoughts after the Warring States. |
