| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告指出,要"加强法制宣传教育,提高全民法律素质"。大学生作为公民中的精英分子,是国家的未来和希望,将成为各行各业的骨干和栋梁。他们法律素质的构建对于提高全民法律素质有重要的示范意义。分析了大学生法律素质的现状,剖析了大学生法律素质存在的主要问题,给出了构建大学生法律素质的几个要素。

| Abstract: | The report of the sixteenth National Party Congress points out that,'propaganda and education on legal system should be strengthened,and the peoples' legal quality should be enhanced'.As the elites of Chinese citizens,college students represent the future and hope our nation,and will become backbone of various departments and units of our motherland.Improving their legal quality is of great guiding significance for improving legal quality of the Chinese people as a whole.In this paper we present the current situation of college students' legal quality and analyze the primary problem existing in it.Based on our own experience and practice,some elements are given on improving the legal quality of college students. |
