| 摘 要： | ISO9000质量管理体系是国际通用的质量管理标准。文章结合高校后勤工作实际,着重 论述了高校后勤推行质量认证的必要性,从质量管理体系的建立、推行ISO9000体系认证的一般 步骤及要求两个方面论述了如何开展质量认证工作。高校后勤通过ISO9000质量管理体系认证, 有利于规范后勤管理,提高管理水平和服务质量。从而使后勤管理逐步走向规范化、制度化和科 学化。

| Abstract: | ISO9000quality regulatory regime is the current international standard of quality management. If the logistics at colleges and universities pass the attestation of ISO9000 quality regulatory regime, it will be beneficial to the standardizing of the logistics management, raise the managing level and improve the service quality, which will make the logistics management gradually on the way to standardization, system-ization and being scientific. This essay, based on the practice of logistics work at colleges and universities , emphatically expound the necessity of the quality attestation and how to carry it out. |
